Our physicians and staff work together to treat injuries and help patients get back to their favorite activities. But it’s up to you to maintain good health for a happy, active life.

Two keys to your health are regular exercise and proper nutrition. Combined with a well-balanced diet, frequent cardiovascular exercise and/or weight training is good for your heart, makes you feel better, and can help you prevent bone, muscle, and joint injuries. Walking, biking, and swimming are good forms of exercise that people of all ages can participate in.

If you are recovering from an injury or have any other health conditions, make sure to speak with your doctor about taking a safe approach to exercise.
