Alexandra Kuizenga, PA-C

About PA Kuizenga
My interest in medicine started at an early age, however it became more of a passion after undergoing surgery for my spine. After graduating with my BS from UC Davis, I began working at Webster Orthopedics as a PCC for Dr. Schwartz. I was interested in orthopedics because of my own surgical experience and my sports background playing soccer and volleyball, but after working in orthopedics, my interest for it grew. I attended PA school at UC Davis and was ecstatic about the opportunity to come back to Webster and work with Dr. Schwartz again.
As a Physician Assistant, I work in collaboration with Dr. Schwartz and am trained to evaluate, diagnose, and treat our patients’ upper extremity injuries. I also assist with shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand surgeries. I am dedicated to spending time with, and educating patients to allow them to understand their injuries and our individualistic treatment plans for them.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking with my French bulldog, traveling, and baking.
