A Brooks Campbell, PA-C
Physician Assistant to: J. Theodore Schwartz, Jr., M.D.
"My favorite thing about being a physician assistant is the team collaboration that goes into helping each patient feel genuinely cared for on their journey to healing"
- Undergraduate, Bachelors of Arts in Communications, University of Pittsburgh
- Graduate, Physician Assistant, Stanford University
The practicality, challenge and opportunity to learn about medicine combined with my curiosity and desire to be engaged in a field of continual learning as well as my Mom's diagnosis of Breast Cancer brought me to medicine. I was training for triathlons, and marathons, prior to PA school, so was naturally interested in Orthopedics.
I am honored to help people understand their diagnosis and educating them on options. I have also been very fortunate to have excellent supervising physicians, such as Dr. Schwartz to consult with in an extremely supportive and caring culture. The entire team is motivating, smart, and accountable.
I love running/hiking the hills of Las Trampas, and Mt Diablo, and an occasional Master's Swim Workout at Heather Farms. I am just starting to dabble in Yoga, with my daughter. Most of all I like hanging out with my husband, 2 kids, and our miniature dachshund.
