Site Manager
Webster Orthopedics is seeking a Clinical Site Manager to manage the daily operation of our Dublin medical office.

This role is responsible for the overall assessment, planning, implementation, and operation of clinic activity, including administrative direction and supervision of all non-physician staff in the clinic.

The ideal candidate must be patient care focused, with the desire to build a strong, cohesive clinical team to deliver exceptional customer service to our patients. A focus during the first 6-12 months will be on determining best practices to improve efficiency in the clinic.

Responsibilities of the position will include:
• Maintain a patient care environment of superior quality and service
• Manage staff, including scheduling, training, evaluating performance, and making hiring
• Serve as patient advocate and resolve concerns timely
• Work collaboratively with our physicians and the management team to ensure the practice runs

Call Center Representative
San Ramon
We are hiring a Call Center Representative to join our practice. This position is responsible for receiving incoming patient calls, scheduling new patient appointments and collecting information for data entry and billing. It is based out of our administrative office in San Ramon.
The ideal candidate for this position must be a team player and willing to learn and grow in a fast paced setting.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
• Answer incoming calls from all patients and collect necessary information for data entry,  
  scheduling and billing purposes.
• Utilize Centricity to input new patient data and schedule appointments. This includes extensive
  workers’ compensation registration. 
• Schedule patient appointments based upon physician availability and patient preference. 
• Verify insurance information on patients and input information in Centricity EMR.
• Workers’ compensation insurance verification and authorization.
• Utilize email and other resources to communicate with patients and distribute new patient
  registration forms. 
• Perform other similar or related duties as necessary including Operator, facilitation of Clinic 
  Change Form Requests and various other Call Center duties.

Float Patient Care Coordinator
Webster Orthopedics is seeking a float patient care coordinator to cover the back office in our Dublin clinic. 
This position will be tasked with filling in for staff and assisting with heavy workloads and special projects as needed. This is a full time position, working 40 hours/week, and qualifies for full benefits, including medical insurance, paid time off and 401(k).
Must display a high level of customer service and patient care. Under the direction of a physician, assists in the delivery of health care for patients. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities including, but not limited to, maintenance of clinical records/documentation, drawing up injections, taking vital signs, inventory/stocking of exam rooms and castroom. May also perform insurance verification and data entry, front desk reception, chart prep, and facilitate medical records requests as needed.

This position will be responsible for multiple aspects of the PCC role including but not limited to: 
•Basic clinic flow
•Deliver excellent customer service
• Provide post op maintenance per physician instruction, i.e. Suture, dressing and cast removal

Operations Director
San Ramon - Administrative Office

Webster Orthopedics is seeking an Operations Director to manage the daily operation of our medical offices. We are a growing practice with 17 physicians and 5 clinic locations throughout the East San Francisco Bay area.

Responsibilities of the position will include administrative direction of all clinical site managers and oversight of all operational tasks related to the delivery of quality patient care. You will assess, plan and implement clinic functions and proactively manage staff to ensure both efficiency and patient satisfaction. The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with staff, physicians and patients will be a must. A significant focus during the first 6-12 months will be the implementation of a new EMR system.
Successful candidates will have 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting, with an emphasis in clinical operations management. Process improvement and Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus!
Physical Therapist
Webster Orthopedics is looking for a Physical Therapist for our Wellness Center in Berkeley. This is a full time position, with hours Monday-Friday.
This position provides direct patient care to pre-op, post-op and non-surgical patients with physical disabilities and/or functional limitations in an outpatient clinic setting.
The successful candidate will have a focus in orthopedic physical therapy. Must be a team player with enthusiasm and a drive to provide exceptional care. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate with physicians, staff and patients. Current Physical Therapy License is required.
Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:

• Plan therapy programs for musculoskeletal patients including posture, gait, range of motion,
   muscle testing, specific extremity and spinal segmental motion, biomechanical analysis of
   functional activities, ergonomic analysis and other relevant assessments.
• Administer appropriate physical agents given patients' medical histories and therapist's
   knowledge of indications and contra-indications
• Direct and aid patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-educations and functional
• Perform manual therapy techniques
• Perform therapeutic exercises with and without equipment
• Document patient care including daily visits, short & long term goals , and patient progress
• Evaluate, record and report patient progress for review by physicians and insurance
