Dr. Demorest discusses bone health in young athletes on Radio Disney

Building and maintaining strong bones is crucial for children and young athletes. By the time children reach the age of 18, more than 80 percent of their bones have reached full development.

Dr. Rebecca A. Demorest, pediatric and young adult sports medicine doctor at Webster Orthopedics, weighed in on the importance of building and maintaining strong bones in a recent Radio Disney Bay Area "Let's Chat" segment discussing bone health in young athletes.
