Bone Health in Young Athletes

Building and maintaining strong bones is crucial for children and young athletes. By the time children reach the age of 18, more than 80 percent of their bones have reached full development.

I enjoyed participating in a recent Radio Disney Bay Area "Let's Chat" segment discussing bone health in young athletes.
